Welcome to EJ Media and Design. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging in any business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

EJ Media and Design (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a graphic design agency that offers branding, digital content creation, web design, and related services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

By engaging with EJ Media and Design, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

​

2. Services

We provide a range of design services including but not limited to:

  • Logo and branding design

  • Website and UI/UX design

  • Social media graphics and marketing assets

  • Print materials (flyers, brochures, business cards, etc.)

​

All services are provided based on project scope and agreement in writing.

​

3. Quotations and Payments

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files.

  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month after the due date.

4. Revisions and Approvals

  • Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 2–3). Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review all deliverables and approve them in writing.

  • Once approved, any further changes may be treated as a new project.

​

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design assets delivered by EJ Media and Design.

  • EJ Media and Design retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.

  • We do not release source files unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all content (text, images, logos, etc.) and approvals in a timely manner (unless not applicable).

  • EJ Media and Design is not responsible for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.

  • If work has commenced, only a partial refund (based on work completed) will be provided.

  • No refunds will be issued after final delivery of files.

8. Liability

  • EJ Media and Design will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the designs provided.

  • We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from content provided by the client.

​

9. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

​

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Victor, New York, USA.

​

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
